Openserve strives to install fibre within 7 working days, although in some cases, it may take up to 14 days.

Activation & Delivery Fee:
An Activation & Delivery fee of R250 will be applicable to all new Openserve orders.

Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel your service within the initial 12 months, a cancellation penalty will be applied.
